All products are printed and hand sewn in our UK warehouse, please allow us up to 7 - 10 working days to make and ship your order. We aim to keep you updated if there is any issues or delays with your order.

We ship all orders with DPD on a next day delivery, once it has left our warehouse you will be updated with tracking info. 

Delivery is £4.99 and is added in the basket. 

Our design team add your pooch’s name on to the bed design as shown in the images with the font you have chosen. This is sent to print on our state of the art fabric printers and then given to our production team who hand cut and sew the products together. They are then lovingly packaged and shipped out.

Yes all our beds can be machine washed, please remove the pillow insert and then follow the care instructions on the label inside the cover. All wash instructions can also be found on the drop down of each product page. 

Please review our bed size guide on each product page, this gives the dimensions of all beds and our weight and breed recommendations. 

Of course not, you can personalise your dog bed however you like, if you don’t want a name then please leave the name blank.

We will do our best to fit your dogs name or message on to the bed as displayed in images, but if we feel it needs to be different we will send you a proof for you to sign off before going to print. 

Please get in contact with us via email within 30 days of delivery.  We will aim to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. 

Only ‘off the shelf’ items may be returned in an undamaged state in their original packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns cannot be accepted on any products with printed graphics.
